Ana Rajcevic participated in the DIS-PATCH Festival at the Museum of Yugoslav History in Belgrade. The festival brought together artists, designers and researchers exploring contemporary cultural production across art, design and media.
Rajcevic’s early work already reflected her interest in hybrid forms and the transformation of the human body. Through sculptural experimentation she investigated the relationship between identity, anatomy and speculative design.
The presentation at DIS-PATCH contributed to the development of ideas that would later evolve into her well-known series exploring hybrid prosthetics and alternative evolutionary narratives.
