Ana Rajcevic participated in the exhibition Future Fashion during the Kilkenny Arts Festival at the National Craft Gallery in Ireland. The exhibition explored emerging directions in contemporary fashion and design, focusing on artists who challenge conventional ideas of the body and wearable objects.
Rajcevic’s work investigates the relationship between sculpture, fashion and speculative biology. Through sculptural prosthetics inspired by animal anatomy, she proposes alternative evolutionary narratives where human bodies develop hybrid biological extensions.
Within the context of the exhibition, her work positioned fashion as a conceptual platform for questioning identity, transformation and the future evolution of the human body.
